Alexandra Shipp
Alexandra Shipp has been a popular actress for many years. Born in Phoenix Arizona, United States on July 16, 1991. She appeared as Victoria Justice's guest in Victorious which was released in 2012. The year 2009 was the time that Shipp began her professional acting career with a minor role as a minor character in Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel. Following her appearance on Nickelodeon's popular teenage mystery drama House of Anubis as KT Rush, she was later cast to take on the role of lead in the film as KT. In 2014, Shipp was noticed for her role in the role of Dani Raymond in the VH1 television film sequel Drumline: A New Beat as well as Aaliyah Haughton in the lead role in the Lifetime TV film Aaliyah Aaliyah: The Queen of R&B. Shipp was a singer in the film's second appearance. In Straight Outta Compton, a biographical film that narrates the story of the hip-hop group N.W.A. In 2016, she co-starred as Ororo and Munroe/Storm for Bryan Singer's superhero film X-Men: Apocalypse. Halle Berry had previously played the weather-controlling mutant. In 2018, she was a part of the cast in the film alongside Nick Robinson and Jorge Lendeborg Jr. in Love Simon and Kathryn Prescott as well as Lucy Hale in Dude both high school comedy films. James is her older brother. She was the character Danielle Dani Raymond, a character in Drumline the film New Beat (2014). Alexandra Ruth Shipp (born July 16 1991) is an American actor, singer, songwriter and musician who gained prominence for portraying real-life singer Aaliyah as a character in the Lifetime television film Aaliyah the Princess of R&B (2014) and Kimberly Woodruff in the Oscar-nominated film Straight Outta Compton (2015).
