Alexandra Shipp

Alexandra Shipp, born in Phoenix Arizona on 16th July 1991 is among the United States' most well-known and wealthy Movie Actresses. She portrayed Victoria Justice as a guest star on Victorious in 2012. Her acting debut came in 2009 with a small role for a small part in Alvin and the Chipmunks - The Squeakquel. She went on to star for the final season of Nickelodeon's crime teenage drama House of Anubis playing the part in the role of KT Rush. Shipp was recognized in 2014 for her roles as Dani Raymond and Aaliyah in Drumline: A New Beat on VH1's television, as well as Aaliyah in Aaliyah: Princess of R&B with Lifetime. For the latter performance Shipp was also a singer. The film Straight Outta Compton, a biographical drama that chronicled N.W.A.'s professions, Shipp portrayed Ice Cube's partner Kimberly Woodruff. In 2016, she co-starred with Bryan Singer's superhero film X-Men: Apocalypse as Ororo Munroe/Storm as a weather-controlling mutated previously portrayed in the film by Halle Berry. She co-starred alongside Nick Robinson, Jorge Lendeborg Jr. and Lucy Hale as Dude in 2018 and alongside Nick Robinson in Love Simon. She is the sister of James. She portrayed Danielle Dani Ray's role as Danielle Dani Raymond in Drumline the film New Beat, the TV film that debuted in 2014. Alexandra Ruth Shipp (born July 16 1991) is a American actor, singer, songwriter and instrumentalist who rose to fame for her portrayal of the real-life singer Aaliyah as a character in the Lifetime television series Aaliyah - The Princess of R&B (2014) and Kimberly Woodruff in the Oscar-nominated film Straight Outta Compton (2015).
